Ham and Cheese Omelet Bake |

This is so delicious and very easy. I take to a church breakfast and I don't have leftovers. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 count) |
10 eggs |
1 1/2 cups milk |
salt & pepper |
1 small onion, chopped |
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or your preference of cheese) |
1 lb bacon, chopped (turkey bacon can be used) |
1 lb canadian bacon, chopped (diced ham can be used) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350* F. Spray bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces; arrange evenly in bottom of dish. In large bowl beat eggs and combine remaining ingrediants; stir till well mixed. Poor egg mixture over biscuits making sure biscuits are all covered. Press biscuits down with spoon if not. 2. Bake at 350* for 45 Minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. |
