Good use for left-over ham; kid favorite. Ingredients:
1 cup elbow macaroni |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1 cup soft breadcrumbs |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese |
3 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni in a large saucepan according to package directions; drain and return macaroni to saucepan. 2. Add butter and stir until melted. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients except paprika. 4. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart shallow cassserole; sprinkle paprika lightly over top. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
