This is great to make when you have leftover baked ham. Ingredients:
2 (13 7/8 ounce) containers refrigerated pizza crusts |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
4 -6 ounces pepperoni, sliced |
2 cups cooked ham, diced |
2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded |
parmesan cheese, shredded |
dried basil (optional) |
spaghetti sauce, warmed |
Directions:
1. Unroll one pizza crust on a greased baking sheet; roll out into a 14-inch by 11-inch rectangle. 2. Spread half of ricotta lengthwise on half of the dough to within 1 inche of the wedges. 3. Sprinkle with half of the pepperoni, ham and mozzarella. 4. Fold dough over filling; press edges firmly to seal. 5. Repeat with remaining crust and filling ingredients. 6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and basil, if desired. 8. Cut into slices. 9. Serve with spaghetti sauce. |
