This is a yummy bread that is given at the Piney Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast in Wyoming. Ingredients:
6 -7 ounces cooked ham, finely diced |
8 ounces shredded cheese |
1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
2 cups biscuit mix |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
2/3 cup milk |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Spread into greased 10 x 15-inch pan;. 3. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. |
