It can be served at brunch, lunch, or with any brunch casseroles. Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
1 cup cooked finely chopped ham |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 onion (finely chopped) |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 cup whole milk |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix by hand. 2. Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. 4. Cut in rectangles, about 2 inches by 1 inch. 5. Serve hot or at room temperature. |
