Ham and Au Gratin Potatoes |

This is a very good casserole that I make a lot. Especially when I won't have a lot of time. Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 1/2 cups diced ham |
1 cup shredded american cheese |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. In 9x13 casserole dish layer 1/2 the potatoes, onion, ham, and cheese. 2. Repeat layers. 3. Mix soup, milk, and thyme. 4. Pour over top. Cover with foil. 5. Bake at 370* for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. |
