Asparagus, ham and Swiss cheese are layered with country-style stuffing, covered with a savory custard and baked for a perfect brunch or supper dish. Ingredients:
4 cups pepperidge farm® country style cube stuffing |
2 cups shredded swiss cheese |
1 1/2 cups cooked cut asparagus |
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of asparagus soup |
2 cups milk |
5 eggs, beaten |
1 tablespoon dijon-style mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix stuffing, cheese, asparagus and ham in greased 3-quart shallow baking dish. 2. Mix soup, milk, eggs and mustard. Pour over stuffing mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. |
