These simple appetizers always remind me of Christmas Eve because my dad made them to munch on after church. A very quick appetizer that comes off elegant & has a light taste with a slight kick. Ingredients:
16 asparagus spears (steamed & chilled) |
16 slices ham |
2 tbs horseradish |
3/4 cup mayo |
5 ounces of softened cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together horseradish, mayo & cream cheese. 2. Lay ham slices flat & spread thin layer of mixture on each slice. 3. Place asparagus at the end of the ham & roll up. 4. Let chill until ready to serve. |
