Ham and Asparagus Bake

Ingredients:
2 cup(s) ham cooked and chopped 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 cup(s) green onions chopped
1/2 pound(s) asparagus 1 1/2 c cut into 1 inch pieces
8 whole(s) eggs
2 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
2 teaspoon(s) parisien bonnes herbes penzey's
1/4 teaspoon(s) granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded
2 tablespoon(s) butter
Directions:
1. Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Melt the butter over med-hi heat and saute the asparagus and onions, about 8 minutes. Add to baking dish with the ham. Beat together eggs, milk, flour, parmesan and spices; pour over ham mixture. Bake uncovered at 425 for 20-25 minutes (insert knife in center comes out clean). Sprinkle with cheddar and bake 3-5 more minutes. Let set a few minutes before cutting and serving.
