2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
coarse salt and pepper |
4 medium carrots, coarsely grated |
1/3 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, and sugar; season with salt and pepper. 2. Add carrots and raisins, and toss to combine. |
