Don't throw your seeds! When you and your family carve pumpkins look for this recipe! Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin seeds |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300°F. 2. Rinse all the pumpkin guts of the seeds. 3. Spread your seeds out onto a cookie sheet. 4. Top with vegetable oil. 5. Sprinkle with salt. 6. Bake in oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes. |
