Great recipe for a Halloween Party or special dessert you need to bring somewhere for a Halloween celebration! Time does not include chilling time. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 (12 ounce) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 chocolate wafer pie crust |
cool whip or whipped cream, to top |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. In a large bowl with mixer, at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
3. Gradually beat in sugar.
4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
5. Beat in chocolate and vanilla until smooth.
6. Pour into pie crust, and place on a cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
8. Chill 4 hours before serving.
