crock pot Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
16 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
16 ounces kidney beans, drained |
16 ounces diced tomatoes |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Brown beef & onion, drain and place in crock pot. Layer remaining ingred except cheese. Cover and cook on low 2-4 hours or til thoroughly hot. Serve as is or over rice. Top with cheese. |
