Imagine finding fingers in your soup! Ingredients:
4 cups water |
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 -2 cup mashed potatoes |
1 lb frankfurter, sliced |
1 lb baby carrots |
1/4 cup chopped salted peanuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine water, milk, butter and salt in large pan- bring to a boil. 2. Gradually stir in potatoes with a fork, stirring until smooth. 3. Add frankfurters and carrots, including the liquid; heat 5 to 10 minutes longer. 4. Sprinkle each serving with chopped peanuts before serving. |
