This is a fun to bake on halloween. The kids are crazy about this one! Ingredients:
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 egg |
1 t. water |
1 t. vanilla |
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour |
1/2 t baking soda |
1/4 t. salt |
1 cup peanut butter chips |
1 cupe miniature marshmallows |
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup pecans |
chocolate drizzle |
1/4 cupe semi-sweet chocolate chips |
2 to 3 t. margarine |
orange drizzle |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1t. water |
3 drops yellow food coloring |
2 drops red food coloring |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Lightly grease 12 pizza pan.
3. In a large bowl beat sugar and margarine until creamy.
4. Add egg, water and vanilla;beat well.
5. In a seperate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add to sugar mixture, beating on low speed until blended.
6. Stir in peanut butter chips.
7. Spread in prepared pan to within 1/2 of edge.
8. Bake 11 to 13 min or until set
9. Remove from oven.
10. Sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips and pecans over top.
11. Return to oven.
12. Bake 5 to 7 min. or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
13. Cool completely.
14. Blend chocolate drizzle ingredients and melt; drizzle over top.
15. Blend orange drizzle and drizzle over chocolate.
16. Let stand about 1 hour untio drizzle sets.
