From BBC's Saturday Kitchen. Ingredients:
5 ounces halloumi cheese |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 ounce olive oil |
cracked black pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice the halloumi into 1/4 inch thick slices. 2. Char-grill or pan-fry the cheese in the olive oil until lightly browned. 3. Drizzle over the lemon juice and cracked black pepper. 4. Serve. |
