Halibut with Herb Sauce

The halibut is delicious with sautéed green beans and steamed new potatoes. End with espresso granita or ice cream with grappa.
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
6 6-ounce halibut fillets
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Puree first 5 ingredients in processor. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat broiler. Brush fish with 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil until just opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish to plates. Spoon sauce over and serve.
