Fish Marinade Ingredients:
2 lbs halibut |
3 teaspoons butter, melted |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together. 2. Place in flat tupperware container and store in refridgerator. 3. Marinate 6-24 hours . |
