Super easy and lean dinner Ingredients:
4 oz halibut |
1 cup brown rice |
3/4 cup vegetables frozen |
Directions:
1. steam rice acording to package directions. 2. lay down aluminum foil and place rice on aluminum. 3. place halibut filet on top of rice and lay frozen vegetables next to fish. Season to your preferences. 4. close foil up into packet leaving room for air to expand. 5. cook in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. 6. can also use frozen halibut filet then increase cook time to 35-40 minutes. 7. can also be placed on bar b que instead of oven. put heat to medium. |
