2 pounds halibut |
1/4 cup chili sauce (mild, medium, or hot, you decide) |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped |
1 peeled, grated carrot |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. boil halibut in salted water for 7 minutes or until fish flakes off bones 2. flake fish after removing bones and skin 3. mix remaining ingredients well and add flaked halibut 4. chill for at least 2 hours 5. serve with crackers or or thin bread crisps |
