Half, Half and Half Pie Crust |

I have never had a failure with this pie crust. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup shortening |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. I;m sure all you fine cooks out there know how to mix a pie crust and roll it out. It won't be tough. 2. Sometimes I put it in a 9x13 pan and have it a little thicker, cut into squares before I bake it, then throw some fresh fruit and whipped cream on top. |
