First attempt at my Haiki Recipe Experiment. For those who want to inspired from a recipe over led by it, the Haiku should both direct and describe the dish. Take from it what you wish. This one is a soup. Enjoy. Read more . Please submit your own recipaikus. Ingredients:
2 cups beef broth |
1/2 cup water |
1 small red onion, sliced |
1/4 carrots, julienned |
flank steak, frozen, sliced very thin |
1 cup udon noodles |
juice of 1/4 small lime plus 3 thin slices |
1/2 tsp red and green thai peppers, sliced into o's |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Broth, clear and steamy. 2. Roots thin and fatty cow bathe 3. Twixt zing and noodle. |
