Haddock Fillets in White Wine |

Simple, easy, and great tasting. From Southern Living. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets |
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste) |
1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste) |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper. 2. Dredge the fillets lightly in flour. 3. Place the fillets in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 4. Dot with butter and sprinkle with parsley and green onions. 5. Pour the wine around the fillets in the baking dish. 6. Bake in a 400° oven for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes. |
