Simple, and good Ingredients:
1 lb haddock |
1 dash salt |
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers |
Directions:
1. Place haddock in casserole dish. Season with salt. Top with grated cheese's. Melt butter; toss with cracker crumbs. Spread cracker mix over the cheese-topped fish. Bake approximately 25 minutes at 350'. |
