The hottest chili on the planet! Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (8 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 cup water (optional) |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1 large onion, diced |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 habanero peppers, chopped |
1 tablespoon achiote powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 pinch cumin |
salt |
Directions:
1. Brown meat in olive oil. 2. Stir in onions, garlic, habaneros and bell pepper. 3. Add achiote powder, pepper and cumin. Mix well. 4. Add beans and tomatoes and season with salt. 5. Add water and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
