16 mushroom caps |
4 oz crabmeat |
2 t celery, minced |
2 t red pepper, minced |
2 wedge laughing cow cheese |
1 t fat free sour cream |
1 t fat free cream cheese |
Directions:
1. p.162 HG cookbook 2. Preheat oven to 375*. 3. Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel and then dry them with a dry paper towel. Place, rounded side down, on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with olive oil. 4. In a small dish, throughly combine all other ingred. Evenly spoon crab mixture into the caps. 5. Place pan in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until shrooms are hot. |
