This desert will tingle your tastebuds. You will fall in love with them with your first bite! Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter softened |
50g white vegetable fat |
50g sugar |
100g plain flour |
50g rolled oats |
1 tablespoon plain cocoa powder |
filling |
4 tablespoons buter, softened |
75g icing sugar |
2 tablespoons plain cocoa powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees c/Gas mark 4 and lightly grease a baking sheet. 2. Cream the butter, fat and sugar together untill light and fluffy. Beat in the remaining ingredients. 3. Roll the dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in hot water. 4. Bake untill golden for 20 minutes. 5. Leave to cool on the baking sheet. 6. To make the filling, cream the butter untill fluffy then gradually beat in the icing sugar and cocoa powder. 7. Sandwitch the cookies together in pairs with the filling. |
