Gym Lovers' High Protein Egg Roll |

High Protein Appetizer without the meat! :) Ingredients:
1 cup bean sprouts |
1 cup tofu, cut into small squares |
1 tiny carrot, cut into bits |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
canola oil |
garlic |
1 med onion |
egg roll wrappers around 10 |
dipping sauce |
either sweet chili sauce (the best) or |
mixture of vinegar, garlic powder and black pepper or |
ketchup |
Directions:
1. saute garlic then onions then bean sprouts, tofu and carrot bits until golden. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for 5 min. wrap 1 tbsp of the mixture with egg roll wrapper. Fry until golden brown. Cut the roll into 2-3 pcs. Serve with the dip. Enjoy! |
