Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled
1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped into large chunks
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
7 large strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup kefir
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons flax seed
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup fresh kale leaves
Directions:
1. Combine the fruit, orange juice, kefir, yogurt, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender and mix for 20 to 30 seconds. Stop the blender, remove the top and add the kale. Mix for another minute until blended and smooth. Serve immediately.
