Ingredients:
1 medium banana, peeled |
1 cup pineapple, peeled and chopped into large chunks |
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries |
7 large strawberries |
1 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup kefir |
1 cup plain yogurt |
2 tablespoons flax seed |
1 cup ice cubes |
1/4 cup fresh kale leaves |
Directions:
1. Combine the fruit, orange juice, kefir, yogurt, flax seeds and ice cubes in a blender and mix for 20 to 30 seconds. Stop the blender, remove the top and add the kale. Mix for another minute until blended and smooth. Serve immediately. |
