Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1 teaspoon anchovy paste |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt and pepper |
3 heads romaine lettuce |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor except cheese, lettuce, and olive oil. Process. 2. While processing add olive oil in a stream. 3. Toss lettuce with dressing. Top with grated parmesan. |
