A really good casserole that tastes like your at the beach. This is very easy & is best served over wild rice. Ingredients:
2 pints oysters, drained |
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, divided |
1 lb mushroom, sliced |
2 (12 ounce) packages peeled frozen shrimp, thawed in boiling water |
1 cup chopped cooked chicken |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup |
1 tablespoon grated onion |
1/2-1 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons sherry wine |
cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute oysters in 2 tablespoons butter/margarine until edges curl, then drain. 2. Saute mushrooms in other 4 tablespoons butter/margarine. & drain. 3. Combine all ingredients. 4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. 5. Serve over wild rice. |
