Gulf Coast Casserole

A really good casserole that tastes like your at the beach. This is very easy & is best served over wild rice.
Ingredients:
2 pints oysters, drained
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, divided
1 lb mushroom, sliced
2 (12 ounce) packages peeled frozen shrimp, thawed in boiling water
1 cup chopped cooked chicken
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2-1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons sherry wine
cayenne pepper
Directions:
1. Saute oysters in 2 tablespoons butter/margarine until edges curl, then drain.
2. Saute mushrooms in other 4 tablespoons butter/margarine. & drain.
3. Combine all ingredients.
4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
5. Serve over wild rice.
