Guinness Sprouts

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh brussels sprout
guinness stout, to cover
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Trim and wash sprouts.
2. Place in a medium-size saucepan and pour enough beer over them to cover.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
4. Add more beer if needed, as liquid evaporates.
5. Drain; add salt and butter.
6. Serve hot.
