Very tasteful, dense, sweet bread. Ingredients:
3 cups self-rising flour |
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 (12 ounce) can guinness stout, at room temperature |
1/2 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ingredients. 2. Pour into a greased loaf pan. 3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. |
