Completely clean eating, guiltless pumpkin pie. SOOOO delicious. Made my own variation from several other recipes, and my own personal likes and needs. ENJOY! Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pumpkin |
3 egg whites |
1 cup skim milk |
1/3 cup stevia truvia |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Grease 9 in pie pan w pam w flour. 3. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. 4. Beat until smooth 5. Pour into prepared pan. 6. Bake for 15 min at 400. 7. Lower temperature to 325 and continue baking for approx 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. |
