Low calorie, low fat pumpkin cookies. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 cups oats |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon sugar |
3 egg whites |
1 cup pumpkin |
1/2 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Bake on sprayed cooking sheet for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. I mix 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup butterscotch chips. |
