Great changd of pace from the usual mayo-based potato salad. Ingredients:
1 pound unpared red potatoes, cooked and cubed |
1/4 c chopped celery |
1/4 c chopped green onions |
1/4 c reduced-calorie ranch dressing |
3 t chopped fresh dill |
dash salt |
dash white pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring to coat vegetables with dressing. |
