Got this recipe from a bag of Quaker Rice Cakes. Not too shabby!! Ingredients:
1 white cheddar rice cakes |
1 tablespoon pizza sauce |
1/2 ounce mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Top rice cake w/ sauce and cheese. 2. Place in oven if desired until cheese melts. 3. Can add any toppings you wish. |
