Entered for safe-keeping. From Sam Miles's Guilt-Free Gourmet as a sauce for mixed vegetables, especially Guilt Free West Coast Veggies. Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce or 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard (optional) |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. |
