1 ripe banana |
2 cups mangoes, sliced |
1 cup skim milk |
1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon equal sugar substitute |
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring |
6 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add more skim milk if thinner consistency is desired. |
