Ingredients:
5 jalapeno peppers
2 oz cream cheese fat free
1 oz fat free cheddar
1 tbsp egg beaters
1 tbsp bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Bring medium size pot half full to a boil
2. Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds and white veins
3. Add to boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes or until peppers start to soften
4. Remove from water and let them dreain and dry on a towel
5. Preheat oven to 400 degreas
6. In a small bowl mix softened cream cheese and chedder cheese
7. Once peppers cool, fill each have with cheese mixture
8. Dip cheese side in egg beaters and then in bread crumbs, pressing so that they stick well
9. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and bake 20-30 minutes
