2 cups egg beaters egg substitute |
2 tablespoons butter buds |
3 green onions, minced |
2 teaspoons curry (or to taste, madras curry is recommended) |
8 ounces water chestnuts, diced |
cayenne pepper, to taste |
salt, to taste |
apple, slices for garnish (optional) |
banana, slices for garnish (optional) |
orange juice, for dressing apple slices and banana slices as garnish (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine Egg Mixture ingredients and scramble over medium heat. 2. Serve eggs with optional garnish: apple slices and banana slices tossed in orange juice. |
