Guilt-Free Cookies and Cream Smoothie |

This is a favorite smoothie that my kids enjoy. Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat milk |
1 cup fat-free frozen chocolate yogurt or 1 cup low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt |
2 oreo cookies (chocolate sandwich cookies, you could even use reduced-fat oreos) |
Directions:
1. Combine milk and frozen yogurt in blender until smooth. 2. Crumble in Oreos and blend. 3. Enjoy! |
