Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup plain yogurt
6 cups hot cooked linguine
6 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In saucepan gradually mix broth into flour, powder and pepper until smooth.
2. Over med.
3. heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Stir in yogurt.
6. Toss w/pasta and 4 tbsp cheese.
7. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley (optional) and remaining cheese.
