Look for guava jelly in the jelly or ethnic aisles of the grocery store, or order it from . Ingredients:
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
1/4 cup guava jelly |
1/4 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 7 minutes or until glaze thickens and reduces slightly, stirring often. Remove from heat; cool. 2. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Palmalito Guava Jelly. |
