I found this recipe while pouring through cookbooks. Havent tried it yet but am putting the recipe here for safe keeping in the meantime. Ingredients:
1 cup guava paste |
6 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/4 cup dark rum |
1/4 cup tomato paste |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons ketchup |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 tablespoons onions, minced |
1 tablespoon ginger, minced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 jalapeno, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. |
