Ingredients:
1 cup peeled, chopped florida guava |
1 mango, peeled, chopped |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon coconut cream |
1 lemon, juice only |
2 cups low-fat milk |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
mint sprigs, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients, except mint, into blender. Puree until well blended. 2. Serve with sprig of mint. |
