Guacamole With Flax Seed Meal

Just a different but healthy spin on using flax seed meal in guacamole. Add fiber, some texture and extra nutrition- and no alteration in flavor. Use your favorite recipe or mine below.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 tbs chopped red or white onion
1-2 tbs. flax seed meal
1 -2 tbs chopped red tomato
juice from a fresh sqeeezed lime
to taste: add some ground cumin, salt, pepper,chopped fresh cilantro
optional: 1 garlic glove minced
Directions:
1. Prepare you gauc chunky or creamy with the above ingredients.
2. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable crudites
3. Or use as a wrap or sandwich filling
