Guacamole With Flax Seed Meal |

Just a different but healthy spin on using flax seed meal in guacamole. Add fiber, some texture and extra nutrition- and no alteration in flavor. Use your favorite recipe or mine below. Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados |
1 tbs chopped red or white onion |
1-2 tbs. flax seed meal |
1 -2 tbs chopped red tomato |
juice from a fresh sqeeezed lime |
to taste: add some ground cumin, salt, pepper,chopped fresh cilantro |
optional: 1 garlic glove minced |
Directions:
1. Prepare you gauc chunky or creamy with the above ingredients. 2. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable crudites 3. Or use as a wrap or sandwich filling |
