guacamole with white beans makes it taste great and lower in fat. Ingredients:
1 avocado |
2 roma tomatoes |
1/8 onion |
8 oz. great northern beans |
Directions:
1. Put avocado, 1 can of white beans, and a squirt of lime juice in a blender until smooth. 2. Add chopped tomato and chopped onion. 3. Eat up. Each serving is calculated to be about 1/4 cup. |
