A great healthy way to eat stuffed eggs. Protein, fiber and no cholesterol. Here's something to make with those Easter eggs that you colored. Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs (cold, halved and yolks removed) |
1 avocado, mashed |
2 tablespoons salsa, your favorite |
12 cilantro leaves |
Directions:
1. Mix avocado with salsa. 2. Place a scoop into each half. 3. Top with a cilantro or parsley and serve. |
