                    A very summer-y, baseball and beer kinda meal. Some salsa and tortilla chips and one of these, and all you need is a siesta, and you've got a great day! Enjoy! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 avocados, peeled and quartered  |  
                                                1/3 cup cottage cheese  |  
                                                1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice  |  
                                                1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt  |  
                                                6 flour tortillas (8 inch)  |  
                                                6 slices cheddar cheese  |  
                                                3 tomatoes, sliced  |  
                                                1 cup alfalfa sprouts or 1 cup shredded lettuce  |  
                                                commercial taco sauce (optional)  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 4 ingredients, and process until smooth. Set aside. 2. Place tortillas on a lightly greased baking sheet. Top with cheese slices. 3. Broil 6 inches from heat (with electric oven door partially opened) just until cheese melts. 4. Spoon avocado mixture evenly onto tortillas; top evenly with tomato slices and sprouts. Fold tortillas in half; serve with taco sauce, if desired.                              |
